I have a 2001 ultra classic with a screaming eagle 95" big bore kit cv carb and a rev tec 6 speed transmission. also a 30 tooth front pulley.The rear is stock. I bought this bike with all this done by the previous owner. My problem is I can only get 28 miles to the gallon, I have had the carb gone through and every thing is fine. I travel a lot would changing the pulley help? And if so what should I do? Thanks.tonyp
