Must be an electrical problem. You have throttle by wire, don't you? :s

    Sensor was bad
The service manager said he could not duplicate the problem so I walked back in the shop and showed him

Be careful not to roll on the throttle when hitting the kill switch, this will reset the idle the next time you fire it up:D

    This is it
The tiny cog on the end would stick off idle
There must be a spring internally?
