Fork tube length ?

Hi all.

Can anyone tell me the stock length of the fork tubes in my 2010 FXDC

I have done a google search and come up with 2 different answers 23.5 &
25.5 inch.Hope someone may be able to confirm if either of these are correct.

While not definitive, the Dennis Kirk 2011 catalog (pg. 604) shows stock replacement fork tubes for the 06-07 FXD as 25.5" and for the FXDWG as 27.5, plus others with various under and over sizes. Believe your 2010 FXDC would have the same 25.5" as the FXD.

My Dyna service manual gives instructions for removal and installation, but no dimensions.

Thanks SilverFoXD,I was starting too lean that way myself as I seem to recall reading somewhere that the FXDWG where 27.5" and they are 2" over for the SG's.
