Foggy Glasses

Hooligan is talking about Fog-X made by Rain-X. It works, So does the spit!

Be careful NOT to use RainX as it can "etch" certain plastics with unremoveable streaks...it is made for glass, not plexiglass, poly carbonate, or any other petrol based plastics. I use a pink spray or anti fog wax like preparation, applied with a microfiber cloth or white cotton T-shirt and wiped off gently. Works on googles and eyeglasses and is clean without streaking. :s

I also found that in heavy fog, I use just my half helmet w/ flip up face shield...never had problem with fogging if I used the "pink stuff" probably because the shield was very open and temperature delta was such if rarely fogged, and if so, my left leather glove and small leather chamois on the back of my glove was all I have needed so far...

Take some Dawn dishwashing liquid soap, spread a very thin layer on the lenses and wipe off. We even use it on the windshield of the 911 race car to keep it from fogging up in wet races.
