Flstci won't start

03 Heritage Softail won't start. fuel gauge show empty when tank is 3/4 full. All lights functional. Engine turns over strong:31:

Check fuses would be the first thing being there is no fuel gauge reading.

Thanks for the help Glider but all fuses are good. I did go through the self help maybe I'll do it again. Thanks

Time to start isolating the start/run circuit and see at what point you are loosing the power.
