Florida Highway Patrol can't use hand held cell phones

Its the people that text while driving that are the worst IMO

Three university studies showed that using a cell phone while driving was the same as driving after 3 shots of liquor in 1 hr. It did not matter if you were using a hand held phone or hands free. A national study says that 7 out of 10 drivers are impaired in some way. It's a scarry world out there drive defensivly.

Twice, this last season, I was in in Jeopardy from people on cell phones. Both times, I was aware that they were not at all aware of me. Talk/Text OR drive. Law should enforce this to the max.
