flat spot?

good morning to all, I have a funny feeling seemingly in the front tire when I am turning to the right on a curve. My question is, could it be a flat spot in the tire, and how do I check it for sure? maybe it needs balanced again, its a spoked wheel, but it seems as though they are all tight, and have the same pitched sound. tire tread is not bad but I will replace it next spring. could it be the front fork oil needs changed, or maybe the steering head needs tightened. thanks for your help, if there is anything else that it might be let me know. and remember it really only does it when my turns are to the right, like when getting on or comming off the highway ramps or going through the snake turns. thanks again

As Glider said above. You might spin the wheel while holding your hand lightly on the tread to check for cupping too.

changed the fork oil used PJ1 Fork Tuner fork oil 30 wt, works great, anyway I found like 4 flat spots so I changed it out, muuuuch better.
