Exhaust Question

I am looking to put these samson pipes on my deluxe Legend Series - "Boloney Cut" - Massive 2 1/2" One Piece Full Coverage Heat Shields | Legend Series | Exhaust | SamsonUsa
It states that they are ready to be installed right out of the box. Is that true? Will anything else need to be done to the bike? I am very new to this and am looking to know what else is involved when changing pipes. Thank you

You can install the slipons on the 2010 without any modifications to the bike. It will run better if you add some fuel but your bike has adaptive fueling that will self adjust to a small degree and allow for the installation of the slipons. It is however questionable if you add an intake option too. It will be running on the lean edge with both additions.

That's the function of a tuner. Many available to do it many different ways depending you how deep your pockets are and how far into the bike you want to get.
