Engine Paint Helppppp

I saw one person had the same problem, but now I cant find the answer.

So, The gray on the bottom right side of the motor ( Above the cam cover between the lower piston rods) is starting to flake off. Does anyone know of a solution. I'd like to just paint it with some high heat temp paint. Looking for anyone who might have a solution.

If you can find out the color exactly, there is a spray can to touch up with. The black is powder coat but the silver is paint.

98606BY is the silver color and I have a full can of it that can be had if thats your color too.
