I need your help
My bike is a 2004 electra
purchased a 1450 engine reconditioning the engine is all new bearing with the bearing retrofit timkin

Here the problem was the setup of the stator bushing does not fit in its place which prevents the rotor magnets good place to go


The problem seems to come from the retrofit timkin bearing

Are you saying that you had your engine completely redone by HD under the Reman Program? If so, the engine should have been removed from the bike by a HD Dealership, sent to HD for a TOTAL rebuild, returned to the HD Dealership, and reinstalled and tested by that HD Dealership.

Was this not what happened? What are you having to do in terms of disassembling the primary?
