After leaving ignition on the battery drained all the way down. After jump starting the bike and running for it a 3-5 minutes it shut down again. Have battery on trickle charger now, have I damaged something?

Load test the battery, if it has on weak cell that is all it takes plus it will over work your charging system trying to play catch up a fully charged battery after surface charge is removed should read 12.7 volts
