Just recently I replace all gaskets and O rings on the bike due to the oil relieve valve going bad. I put the bike together and run like a charm for the next few weeks but today after putting gas at a gas station I loss all electrical, no lights, horn, signals, bike wont even crank, I got nothing, but I can still hear the fuel pump working. I will be checking the fuses but I still dont understand what could cause the problem, it was running fine. All I did was turn the ignition knob and when I push the switch to run everything went out. Any ideas?

First make sure the battery voltage is good by having it load tested. Then I would remove and clean both ends of both battery cables and reinstall using dielectric grease. Check all fuses and/or relays and if all checks good so far my next item to check would be the ignition switch.
