I have tried to remarry my TSSm with the ECm (both new) and I use a tender and have tried a battery charger but either through the second stage or third the engine light comes on and flashes , resulting in below 12 volts which eleminates the procedure , i was wondering if i took the fuse out of the lights that it would harm the process , there is no faults registering and the bike is an ultra classic , 2001 model
thanks if anyone can help me on this , all the fuses are good , I have spark and if i put gas in the injection system it start , so basically it is not giving power to the fuel injection pump........thanks in advance

Removing the lighting fuse shouldn't effect the remarry process. If in doubt what is on the circuit, you could always disconnect the lighting by removing bulbs and be assured there is nothing on the circuit that would be disabled then.
