I have had spells of tennis elbow. Those arm bands really do work. I never took any over the counter meds or prescription, and it took about 3 or 4 months to get better. I even wore the thing in my sleep. Be sure to put it where the directions say. Good luck

The saw bones said they had to try it on me well I let them and no progress, now they want to fuse the vertabre, it will lessen the pain but give me no more strength or mobility, soooo I will live with pain management excercise and no more Steroids:s

Could it be just arthritus from cold weather, Down here we drive on the other side and while I suffer from hand pains on my 08 FXST on a decent ride, I get elbow pain from the car air conditioner.
Just a suggestion.
