EGC Insurance ----Ouch!!! Recommendations

In Ontario, Canada- $638.00 for a RKC. Echelon Insurance through Riders Plus. I had quotes to almost 4 times that from other companies. Make sure you are getting equal coverage when comparing. Government changed insurance regulations this year. Now you get less coverage for about the same money. Profits should soar...

I just switched from Progressive to Dairyland. I saved about $150/year. They offer discounts if you are a member in an approved motorcycle club, member of HOG, and if you've taken a motorcycle safety course. The % savings aren't very much though. Not enough to offset the cost of the above but anything helps.
