ECM Download

Had true Vance and Hines duals installed on my Ultra, so I had Harley download the ECM. Bike runs lousy now spits and pops around 2200 RPMs. I didn't mention to them that I had S & S 510 cams installed. I guess my question is, does the larger cam matter? The bike ran great before I had the download.
