That's the shortcomings of the tunable fuel programmers like the PC III and the SERT.
If you aren't capable of doing it yourself and getting the results you need with the proper equipment, there's many "dyno operators" out there that don't know what they are doing and this includes the dealers too.

This is a hook up to a computer that sniffs the exhaust and remaps the bike on the run. It's a great piece of equipment and the only way that you get all that you can get out of a dyno tune. It takes all the human error or lack of experience out of the equation .
