Rode with a pal who owns a 2008 CVO. His bike has been in the shop twice in the last two month. First for a recall to replace cylinder gaskets and a tapping. The dealer replaced the gaskets but couldn't locate the tapping. The bike went back for for the tapping. They found out that the rocker covers were standard 96 inch covers. The rockers were actullay hitting the cover. The CVO uses taller covers The valve springs were for the 96' also and not the 110. This is sheer sloppy work on Harley's part. Fossil

According to the book ive been reading the tappet block for the 96 on 110 is a common thing they are just supposed to grind them out.. hadn't read anything about the valve springs but they are different as 96 uses beehive 110 uses duals
