dyna bogging

Hello have a 99 dyna lowrider having problems with bogging at throttle or on load, Heres what ive done changed spark plugs, cleaned carb, it had 185 main and 42 idle, gone up to 195 main and 50 ide, no intake leaks, changed ign mod with buddys 03, coil, and carb and nothing, runs the same, But now
i got my buddys doing the same exact thing. ive checked stator and its ok, battery connections, the ign mod did have diff. numbers -99 and -99b on oem part. is it possible to screw up both ign modules. or any suggestions

No intake leaks anywhere? I would have to double check there.

Thanks for the reply, yeah theres no intake leaks, it almost sounds like its getting to much air. i did ride it and had to rev it to 5000 rpm to run, but then it still spit, missfired, etc.
