Drive Belt Tension Tool

Hello, I purchased the drive belt tesion tool to measure deflection with 10 lbs force. I do not have enough clearance to get it under the bottom of the belt. Any suggestions?

Sometimes you have to eliminate one or both ends of the shoe on the tool. In other words shorten it up where the ends are.

Try riding your rear tire up on a 2 X 4. I do that to get my jack underneath.
