drive belt alignment issues

Im having trouble adjusting my drive belt. When i adjust it spinning the tire forward everything is great but when I spin the tire backward the belt pulls toward the tranny and rubs on the tire. Even when I adjust to one extreme or the other the same thing happens. Any help would be great.

That's typical when you reverse the tire direction that it rides to the other side of the pulley.
Align the rear wheel in the frame and it will take care of itself. Many have tried to get the perfect alignment so it rides down the center but it is about impossible to do. Just try not to ride in reverse too much :s
