do i need to rejet carb

I have a 2005 fxst, screaming eagle 2 slip ons ,i removed baffles,will i need to rejet my carb?also i have a screaming eagle ignition module, if it matters ,maybe jet sizes?

If you have freed up the air cleaner side and the exhaust as you mentioned, you will have to increase the jet sizes. Unless someone else has made the exact changes to the same bike and engine configuration you have, and lives in the same area/altitude as you, other folks experience is only directional. You will do well to get a couple of larger jets for both the low speed circuit and the high speed circuit. Go up a size for each and then run through the process found here:

Also, make sure you uncover the idle air mixture screw so you can adjust that too:
