Directionals flash when bike is turned on

When I turn the bike on the directionals flash a few times...not sure why??

just started doing this??

anyone know why??

My '07 FXSTC does that too!

On mine it's the alarm system arming/dis-arming.

It's indicating a fault code is stored. It would be nice if you would fill in the info on your bike in the avatar area like the year.

Assuming it's an 02 bike, try this if you don't have an alarm...

Thanks!! yes it is an 02.

I went to the link and the directions lost me..

Is there a way to just clear the codes and see if it comes back??

I think it was a low battery code.... battery has been dying and I jst put a new one in...

Not on the 02 bikes, the dealer has to clear it or wait for 50 start run cycles of at least 30 seconds each and it will clear itself.
