Dino Oil

I too have been using Castrol 20/50 in my air cooled bikes...works great, no probs. and very cheap when on sale.

I would be really interested in hearing more about using Brad Penn. I grew up in Bradford, PA and worked four summers at what was then (back in the 60's) the Kendall Refinery, now ARG and makers of Brad Penn. My dad worked in the surrounding oil fields supply crude to the Quaker State refienery which was just over the hill from Bradford.

This brought back a lot of great memories. Thanks.

PS I use Mobil 1 in my 05 FLSTC but would sure consider Brad Penn.

I don't know much about the current Brad Penn Company but I can tell you that the original Green Kendall GT-1 oil was incredible by any standard. Engines that had +75K on the clock would leak down test to 3% & the cylinder bores still had the cross hatch on them.

It's just hard to deny something that is in front of your eyes.

I ran Kendall Nitro 70 in my Panhead for years it was a very good oil:s
