Diamond Digital Speedo

Got a Diamond Digital on a custom chop, about 7 years old. When starting the bike, the speedo display comes up... then slowly fades away. I suspect it's display issue.. checking wire/ pigtails, all looks good. Any ideas'? Dakota Digital make a similar speedo.. 7000 model.. may just be time for a replacement.. Thanks!

I had a similar issue with a stereo display in my car, they would lose brightness or disappear completely. Mine had to do with the pixels in the display were weak and or bad.

I would check to make sure you have constant power to it. If you do, it may be time for a change.

Just read a few other comments on another site about Diamond Digital Speedo's and it wasn't uh...encouraging.....
