Thanks guys for the info, my wife and I go over for xmas and New Year every year but spend much more time focussed on the seasonal activities of eating and drinking than sightseeing and as you all know when you want to find the best places "ask a fellow biker" this trip will only be for a week so we will try to cram as much in as possible.
