detachable sideplate

hello eveyone!-I have a 09 deluxe which I remove the buddy seat pillon since I ride 100% solo, but my wife wants to ride sometimes-you know what I mean!?. I going to get a detachable sissy bar. is it hard to install the hardware docking kit? HD whants $200 to put the sideplate,pillon,backrest, sissy bar and hardware together-ooch!:newsmile093

With the right tools you should be able to knock that out yorself.If you want to get an idea on what its going to take have H-D download you a copy of the install paper work .

It's real straightforward, just follow the instructions and in the correct sequence. Remember the blue loc-tite!!. Remove only one bolt from the fender strut at a time and replace it before doing the next one, that way nothing should shift on you.
