I think you started this thread because you wanted to buy the bike and just needed a few reassuring nods that you were doing the right thing
Being a good Scotsman and canny with the pennies if i walked into a deal like that i wouldn't hang about good deals dont hang about a long time

once you have the bike post the photos so we can all be jealous :bigsmiley12:

I bought my 09 Ultra new. After speaking with a HD engineer at Daytona, I decided on no ABS. I do not like the feeling when you brake and hit some bumps. And in CA the roads are full of bumps. Not regretting it yet. Hope I dont ever. For a big heavy bike it corners like a sports car. T
 
She's not mine yet, but the wheels are in motion for payment.
I should have her by next week :)

THAT is one awesome looking bike. I don't understand what's not to like about it.:s

ah,, u havent bought it yet? whadda ya waiting fer --- a 50 cc inline 6 cylinder harley with electronic saddle bags an a pulse reactive chrome front fender?
