You said you have a SERT. Use it. One of the "Data" values you can watch is the step position of the IAC. Hook up the SERT. As you goose the throttle, watch and see if the IAC values INCREASES to maximum in an attempt to maintain the preset idle value.
By the way, what is the preset idle value?
When you try to increase the idle using the SERT, what happens? Does it fail to increase the idle or is the IAC already at its maximum step position.
When the bike is stone cold, the ECM will increase the IAC step position until it is warm. Does you see that happening.
The very first thing I would check is to see If the IAC is at its MAXIMUM position. If it is, the ECM is doing everything it can to get the bike to idle. You can change parts till the dealership is empty. Your not going to fix it until you know the answer to that question.
