Keep all the service receipts and logged complaints just so in the event i'ts more than just a nuetral rattle and the tranny grenades on you after the warrany expires you have a paper trail.

Ride it like you stole it...at least you'll have warranty for awhile.

Also, do the newer 6-speed tranny's have same problem w/dipstick rubbing?

Yes My 2010 6 speed rubs, Cut it and buy a stick to check level when you want.

Simple suggestion might be to try another dealer for check up while still under warranty. And, get response in writing....

Some of the Dipsticks rub on the clutch cable in side the tranny cover, I have not seen this on many 6 speeds, more often the stick will break off, this will surely cause you problems
