db's what is the limit ?

    Just wondering if there was a place a site maybe that would have the max db's
    for each state and province??? Have the V/H big 2 into 2 and just trying to see how much trouble I am going to get into.

    Your spot on Steve07. It is because of people being stupid that has the rest of us in the situation. Talk about shooting ourselfs down. :rr

    The Epa site site did not help with max DB levels.

    Google says 80 db is the maximum noise level for motorcycles.

    I found this site noise_levels which will give you an idea how loud 80 db is by comparision with common devices.

    It's a funny thing,I posted the .org site ,which listed all of the allowable limits,but when I posted it gave the epa site:newsmile058:

    well not sure how true this is but, was told the U.S. levels are higher then in Canada. Pretty sure the cops around here would just send you for an inspection if you were gassing on it in front of them.
