Welcome to the forum from Suwannee. You need to ask your question in the proper area of the forum to get more members involved. For your problem you need to remove the battery and take a good look at all the wires. Usually if a problem pops up after you work on the bike that is where you need to start looking.

OOPS My bad, Have a look at the plug on the head light to see if it is loose and or melting
