Damaged spark plug?

Are you sure they were NEW plugs? I've never seen them sold loose without packaging.

ALWAYS check the gap before installing plugs.

Yep they are new plugs, wouldn't be suprised if Harley is not cutting costs again, shipping them bulk in egg crates

Just an update. Dealer exchanged plug no questions asked. Service manager thought it was dropped as well. It came in a box, but I mentioned how plugs used to have a cardboard circle over end but not anymore.

HMMM, lots of plugs now have a plastic protector on them, I kind of like this:s
