CV Slide Testing

Some input on how the slide should work if you suspect a leak because of a hole or tear in the diaphragm.

This one is obviously a defective diaphragm and should be replaced, it should operate smoothly like in the first video or the video below...

In the first video of the slide moving up when throttle is opened... Does the slide only go up when the bike is running and throttle is opened?

Yes, the slide is vacuum drawn up.
Running......

I still think the only problem is Plugged and dirty jet parts or where they let fuel into them. You are getting air but Not fuel...
