Id bring it right back to the dealer and tell them you want to trade it in.If they offer you less because it was recked youd have a pretty good lawsuit on your hands.

A further update, i can't ride, the bike is ready, i have lost a full year warranty, i have 30 days to notify the dealer of any problems with the repair and its my word against theirs, you talk about sour grapes!
