I just returned from a 4300 mile trip and had issues with my cruise. It started by not properly setting, accelerating,etc, and ended by not working at all. It even started to accelerate the bike by itself a couple times. Now, when I start the bike, sometimes the green light on the dash comes on, without even having the dash switch activated. Any suggestions?

You may try a cable lash adjustment and initialization. If that doesn't work it's time for the dealer to get involved.

Yeah...had a similar problem with my cruise ..and the lash adjustment. Work's great now. Its sounded a little confusing at first...but i copied the steps coz I'm 64 and at my age i could not remember the steps from my family room to the garage...lol..so print off the procedure ....and follow it set by step and waa laa...it will work...if thats the problem....Good luck with it...let us know the out come if you don't mind.
