A crowsfoot will change the torque value, but not by much. Depending on the size, it will add something like 1" to the length. Assuming your torque wrench is 15", it will increase the actual torque by 1/15 or 6.66%. Turn the crowsfoot 90* and you will reduce that delta by 30%, to 4.7%.
