Crossover Hose Clamps

Is there a trick to tightening the fuel tank crossover hose clamps or do I need the special pliers? Can I just use worm gear hose clamps instead? You guys are a big help, I've been lurking here and getting great info for some time. THANKS!

You can use the regular worm gear clamps. If you use a set of end cutting pliers carefully, you can re tighten the stock clamps too.

You can use the worm gear type. Be sure to use the proper size so that they clamp properly.
