Put 60,000 km. (36,00 miles) on a 05 Heritage and might have accidentally hit neutral a few times. Bought a 05 FLHTCI with 6,000 km. Rode it about 2,000 km. and hit neutral about 10 times. To cure this I tried adjusting the rod between the shifter and the tranny. I only turned it about 1/4 turn to lenthen the rod. What a difference. It works perfect. Just thought I'd share this in case anybody else has this problem. I only toe shift.
