Control Extensions vs Assembly

Is there such a thing as a longer "pre-made" control wire assemblies for handlebar swapouts? I would love to replace the handlebar and grips on my Road King, but do not want to "extend" the existing wiring by splicing/soldering wire extensions but i do want to run the wiring inside the new handlebar.

Does anyone know of someone that sells continuous length wiring harnesses that I could use to replace the existing control wiring?
