Compression test

I have an 05 E Glide Classic 96in, 28K miles. what should my compression be in each cylinder? and is this the only way to tell if you have a blown head gasket? What to do next?

Should be around 190; however, more importantly, the two cylinders should be very close to being the same number. This is based on a cold engine...
