2011 Ultra. Codes P0572, C1094 & C1214 all coming on. The brake light stays on all the time. Disconnected wire from rear brake light switch and brake light still on. Checked the fuses, all good. Something in the brake light wiring? Anyone experienced this before?

    Also getting U1040

DTC U1040 indicates that the ABS module is not capable
of sending its state of health message. ( and this makes the ABS Light not flash ) check connections on the Module ...all fuses ...
Change the brake light switch down by the brake pedal
Make sure the front hand brake switch is not broken, Have yo had the rs switch half off recent? Did you put a piece of cardboard in the switch? If not you may have broken that switch, not fun to replace

There is a new brake light switch kit out I forgot the part number it comes with a new wire pig tail
I bet your cruise does not work?

I found the problem! The front brake light switch spring clip moved and let the switch move back into the housing. Fished the clip out and bent it to make it tighter, got the switch all the way back in it's hole, put the clip back in and all seems well. Thank you Jack for your attention to my problem!
