maybe you put the springs in upside down and they're pushing up instead of down :s

thats ok, cause i installed the fork tubes upside down....

Make sure the springs weren't made in Australia. If so, then you do have to install them upside down. :newsmile070:

I had a similar problem with my 2006 sporty found out it was the rear bolt on the gas tank even though it was tight when you grabed it the tank would move up and down and you would hear a clunk .Especialy when you sat down on it and pulling it back just something else to check.
