clean wrinkle paint cylinder

    Hello,
    what is the best,most easy and safest way to clean the wrinkle paint of cylinders?

    Warm water gentle soap. Be sure to rinse thoroughly.

    How do I get that warm water and gentle soap on?
    There is some white stuff sticking between the cooling fins,think it can be salt.

    Use a sponge and bucket. The reason for the suggestion is harsh soap and lack of rinse can leave white soap deposits. In the specific area of white using a soft tooth brush, gentle scrub and see it can be removes. There has been times in the past where riders have had to touch up the wrinkle paint.
