Chrome sprocket cover install

Hi. Has anyone installed a chrome sprocket cover on thier bike? I was hoping for some steps on how to do it. I really like the look of it. Mine is a 2005 Deluxe. I think of myself as mechancally inclined so I am looking for where to begin. (and end). Good advice is always better than going at it blind. If someone can help me I would be soooo happy. If not I will still be happy anyway.
Thank you very kind people

Hi, i have done a couple of these in the past.
1. Get your manual out and read the bit about rear wheel removal.
2. Make sure you have correct tools to hand. Torque wrench etc.
3. Remove wheel.
4. Remove bolts holding sprocket.
5. If reusing original harware, clean off any old Loctite and clean out bolt holes.
6. Fit shiny thing to sprocket, install hardware (with Loctite) to correct torque specs.
7. reinstall wheel.

Sound easy when listed like that.....:) especially #3
all the best.

If you apply a bit of heat to the wheel nuts on the sprocket when you are removing them, it's much easier to do.
