Chrome oil filters

I need some help with OEM HD oil filters for a FLHTK. Does HD make one, can't find it online. So far all I've found if aftermarket stuff.

63798A is the HD Super Premium Chrome filter.

What is the difference from the FLHTK and the rest of the harleys?
If harley makes the bike they make or at lease sells the filter for sure.
If it comes with a black 63731-99A then the chrome one would be a 63798-00A.
