Chrome lower belt guard install question?

I ran out of edit time on my reply. I was trying to find a short video I have of the LED's. I believe I got both the swing arm covers and the Phantom Covers from J&P Cycles.

I can't figure out how to attach just the one video, without my whole Photobucket gallery also being viewable??

I don't have the chrome guard yet but after installing the original plastic one, I don't know how it would be possible to install without removing the rear wheel. Will I have to?
This is a deuce with a 180 tire.

Thanks for the replys. Now I just have to figure out which one will fit a deuce with a 180 tire. Stock plastic one hits the tire. I will probably trim it til I get a chrome one. I think I will need one off a 200 rear softail. Bolt patterns are probably the same, anyone know for sure?
