I dented my upper right fork slider. To replace it I need to remove the fork how hard a job is it to do? I thought I would just get the chrome kit and do both sides what do you think?

I dented one of my cowbells too and i replaced it no problem with the help of the manual. Just make sure you do not lay down the fork as the oil will drain out. good time to change fork oil while your there anyways.

Pretty easy job.IF you have some mechanical nouse. And a manual.

Took me a few hours doing it myself and just working methodically. But,it will be easier if you have an assistant.

Do one leg at a time, change the fork seals also and as mentioned, dont lay them down.
I bought my chrome lowers for an exceptional price on ebay-from the U.S.

I've done our 3 bikes. If you want any help, you can send me a PM
