I have a bad noise which I'm hoping is the lifters but wanted to check the primary just to make sure.
A shot of my zx12r clutch fiber on the harley. all fibers were about .1515 thickness
basket not looking bad at 22000 miles
chain in between 5/8" and 7/8" deflection
Wondered how much this groove on the clutch spring is reducing the tension?
When you guys install the steels, do you install with the sharp edge out or the smooth? I understand that it will make the clutch smoother having them all one way. Either engagement or release depending on which way they are installed.
