Check engine light

I have installed Vance & Hines Monster ovals, K/N air filter (original air box) & just installed Fuelpak yesterday on my 08 Ultra Classic. Incredible difference but now the check engine light comes on not all the time? Should I open up the original air box & give the motor more air?

I put a FuelPak on my bike not too long ago and if I'm not mistaken, I recall a step in the installation with a warning that if not done correctly it would activate the check engine light. Check the instructions again and see if you see something in there like that. Pretty sure I remember reading that
